Client institutions are solely responsible for all KYC/AML compliance requirements. ChainNox does not provide compliance services and shall not be liable for any compliance failures.

 - Compliance with rate limits and technical specifications
 - Maintenance of appropriate system security
 
7. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees for our services will be communicated clearly before you commit to using paid services. Payment terms include:
